Really poor communication around the collection of the toilet - I did receive a phone call to say it would be collected but during this was not told about parking requirements (the lorry requires 3 spaces) which is not easy on a London street, I was not given a time or date slot or informed about the penalty fine I would incur if the process failed. Poor follow on customer experience when I called about it too.

Called this company late last night. I said I need it ASAP especially with what is going. Spoke with Peter and he explained costs and when it can be delivered. He said his staff will call me in morning to arrange everything and by mid day it had arrived, clean and polite service.

We are a firm of consultant building surveyors and refurbishment project managers. We used Portable Toilet Hire London for the first time and found the entire team to be quick to respond on all queries, punctual, competitive, friendly, helpful and professional. Kept saying I need to hire a lift from them even after I clearly said I didn't need it for about 5 times. Obviously they know better cos they saw something on Google maps.Also often failing to clean toilets on the weekly basis, as promised, blaming Covid, which btw doesn't stop them to keep charging you every week.Regarding your comment below. I own more than one company and have been hiring the loos from you for years. This why I mention your poor servicing, or complete lack of it to be precise. Because I know it inside out.The fact that you're not even able to tell the difference between your new and existing costumers tells a lot about you and how you run things.

Hired last weekend for daughter's party. Easy to book, communicate, any questions answered promptly. Delivered and collected on time. Toilet was clean and in a good state. Impressed with this company and will use again.

TLDR: great service and reliable productsI rented 2 portaloos with built in sinks for a function at my house last week.Customer sevice: we spoke by phone and email. Both ways were responded to quickly. Employees answered any questions I had in a clear and courteous fashion.Pick up and delivery: On time. The toilets were put exactly where we wanted them so that we did not have to move them ourselves. The men who handled this were fast and friendly.Portaloos : They were clean, spacious and had their own sinks. They came with free toilet paper.

Hired for work onsite at my home. Staff, both in the office and onsite were polite and efficient. Toilet was regularly cleaned throughout the project. Would recommend and use again.
