Dave Tailor was kind, professional and very good. He was exactly on time, he gave us clear estimates on how long the parts of the job would take, and he was fair in pricing. He was considerate and I would recommend him to everyone. He is one of the best tradespeople I've met. As a long time boater, I have often experienced sexism, patronisation, inefficiency, not completing the job properly or at all, and being overcharged when it's already too far into a job to back out. I really appreciated Dave’s help yesterday (routine service and resolving an issue with leaking fuel injectors), great communications in advance of his attendance and on time arrival.
