Back in balance

I recently visited Matthew with moderate to severe shoulder pain in both shoulders escalation down my arms ro the wrist. Matthew was able to pinpoint my trigger spots and manipulate them with his arms and fingers to try and ease my predicament. Working on me for an hour he finished and I was totally amazed that my pain was eased and I was able to have movement in my shoulders without pain . Although I have had my pain eased I will be returning for a follow-up treatment to try and keep the pain away. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable about all the pressure points around my back and shoulders and I would recommend him to anyone with the same muscular pains. Thanks again Matthew.

I would 100% recommend using Mathew at Back in Balance. I had been suffering from long term back and siatic pain and had tried several different chiropractors and acupuncture treatment but with only short term relief.Mathew's approach has been different. Not only has he treated the main areas of pain, but he has also researched other trigger points and locations to get to the root of the problem. Since going to Back in Balance, I am now pain free. Went here today with arthritic right hand which I havnt used for 3 months . Came out of there and drove my car without splint on hand and also picked up a knife to have lunch. Also back treatment which is feeling better tonight. Highly recommended

My mum has been seeing Mathew at Back in Balance since the start of December 2021, her story is too long and complex to go into but Mathew is the first one to make any difference to her after seeing numerous doctors, specialists, neurologists, surgeons, physiotherapists and osteopaths. Matthew has a knowledge second to none and is always finding new approaches and techniques..and unlike a chiropractor..won't be telling you after 3-5 further appointments you'll be fixed ..he gets you back in balance like no one else ..

Highly recommend, been struggling with a few problems mainly back, neck pain, tension headaches and migraine and this by far is the best treatment I've had and I've tried a few. Matthew really knows his stuff, puts you at ease and really tries to do his best to help you

I've had a very bad shoulder and arm for 2 years. It is a frozen shoulder and very painful. I haven't been able to lift my arm for a long time. I've been visiting Matthew in Treharris since January and he has been marvelous. He is very professional and knowledgeable and has helped me enormously . Wow! Id definitely recommend back in balance (Mathew) if you have any problems with your body. He looks at your full body not just where the problem is. Which I found amazing. As i had problems else where which was causing my lower back issue. Great communication and explained everything what he was doing. I felt like he looked after me and wasn’t just another patient. Would definitely recommend.
