Excellent! Will was great. Knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice. He was in town a day earlier than my booking so had the sense to call and ask if I was in. Lock fixed, great service, job done a day early. He even realigned my door to give it a smoother close. Can't fault Timpsons or Will, thank you.

This is twice I have messaged Will to do a job for me. The first time was to change the front door lock. This time to change the cupboard door lock and both times he has done an excellent job. He is also very friendly. I would greatly recommend him. Thanks Will

Arrived on time, courtesy call an hour before. Very professional, efficient, pleasant. Fixed job booked plus another lock that wasn't up to scratch. Gave good advice and clearly has good locksmith knowledge! Sorted broken lock with no stress. Thank you!

Will arrived and sorted my lock out, had to drill my old lock but completed the work with new lock installed within 20 minutes. Very professional and pleasant, it was a pleasure to deal with him! I was also able to pay with Amex, which is a rare and great perk!
