Meeting point with family . Confusing access but easy parking.Kids peckish so ordered food. Used toilets whilst waiting. One WC cubicle disgustingly filthy. Reported it to Lesley , a member of staff, who organised the clean immediately. Burger was good but hot chocolate watery. Took it back. Seems the dispensing machine wasn't properly filled. Free replacement but quality was not good.I am not as young as I used to be and this is not where I would normally stop so perhaps I am being a bit picky. Then again, our kids work really hard for their money today, and I feel that if this is where they go to eat and drink, then they deserve better.

Chips cold and greasy and coke was not the use McDonald's standard. Waited 20 minutes for our order! Over following rubbish in bins, staff standing around in kitchen doing nothing while only the manager looked like he was rushing around. Tried contacting McDonald's head office as I would assume they would want to know that one of their branches standards are not up to scratch! McDonald's we use as as consistent and you know what to expect. This one is not! Been there 3 times now won't go again!

This is a new McDonald's just off the A38/M5 J23 layout is on 2 floors, ground floor very little seating, first floor has a good seating area, however not enough 2-4 tables with too much seating designed for children's computers and bench with stools seating so not very comfortable or private, has male/female and disabled toilets, it does have good outside seating and a good carpark, service was poor, I was the only person waiting to be served and stood waiting for 10 minutes watching staff rushing around to complete drive through and collection of delivery orders, staff looked across at me several times but no one attempted to serve me.

For a new premises the digital displays for the drive through are NOT working more than they are working.For a fast food" outlet they are NOT fast in fact I've seen snails move faster ! And having visited frequently since opening they dont always get the order correct

Waiting 45 minutes for a order, then was advised the order was lost" for come 60 minutes laters as you can expect from. Mcdonald's chips they are cold anyway so no supprise they was cold. Staff didn't know there own name when addressed. Premises is disgusting food left all over the car park

We popped in to grab a quick bite, unfortunately the location has been hit with 4 members of staff short on the evening we ordered.. resulting in a 25 minutes wait for our tray of food. Not great as quick service is part of the deal with QSR. We eventually received our food and all we in order and warm. So only time lost, and staff stayed friendly and apologised.

New McDonald’s just off the M5 as you start the journey towards Minehead and surrounding areas. Being new the site is great. 2 floors of seating and plenty of screens to order from. Not the quickest inside service but this is what McDonald’s are like nowadays. Mainly geared for drive through and online orders. The service wasn’t outstanding but nothing to complain about either.Overall A good stop off in a useful location.

They get i 2 star because the girl was apologetic for being made to wait 15min in the car park and getting my order wrong 3 times. Poor girl had to walk backwards and forwards 3 times. Cant be easy for the staff, getting orders wrong all day and having to constantly correct your errors by walking around the carpark looking for the wrong car. After all of that some of the food had clearly been left out for far too long as the nuggets were more like FridgeRaiders and if I was as floppy as those chips I'd probably go see a qualified specialist.Will try the one in town next time.

Ordered 2 meals on JustEat, food arrived without any fries.How hard is it to load a burger ,fries and drink into a bag and check all 3 are in especially when there's a label on the bag showing the items in the order.

I travel around a fair amount for work and often get a McD's and they're always pretty much as expected but today, this is the worst I've had for a long time. It looks like a fairly new place but the service was really slow. When I got my food, I got back to the car and realised the quarter pounder with cheese was stone cold and the hot chocolate was tasteless and watery. At least the fries were good, so one out of three isn't bad.
