We are really pleased with our front and rear house extensions that Vasiol and the team at VT+ delivered over a 6 month period. They turned up every day as promised and could not have been more friendly, helpful and considerate especially considering the significant building work we were living through. Snagging has not been an issue either, with Vasiol sorting any issues as and when they arise. The only learning point we would share is agree the cost of any extra work as it arises, we waited until the build was complete to discuss the extra costs which created unnecessary tension at the end of the contract which could have been avoided. This was more down to us not raising it at the time rather than Vasiol, hence the excellent review and rating. In summary VT+ highly recommended for good quality, value for money, speed of work and importantly turning up when promised to get the build complete!

Completely exceeded our expectations in every way. Always arrived on time and did a full day's work. We have had several builders in our time but never had one that tidied up after themselves so thoroughly at the end of each day. We really felt that they respected the fact that they were working in our home not on a building site. Work was to a very high standard and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Vasiol and his team completely renovated our house including a full re-wire, plastering, new kitchen, new bathroom and decorating; as well as extensive garden work. From Vasiol's first visit to give us a quote, he and his team have been friendly, helpful, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and hard-working. The quality of the work, attention to detail and the level of finish is just fantastic and all done in 6 weeks for a very fair price. We couldn't be happier with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend VT Plus Construction to anyone in need of any building work.

I can't praise this company enough, after a major water leak they repaired and replaced damaged walls, skirting boards and shower/bath panels to an extremely high standard. I was so impressed, I ended up getting them to put a new shower cubicle in, which they ordered and helped me choose. Even sending me pictures from the tileshop of tiles that I might like. A lovely team of guys, always cleaned up and arrived on time. Pricing was fair and never changed-you will not regret using them. They also painted for me as well. Everything is of a consistently professional standard. Thank you VT Plus and the team!

I used Vasiol and his team to refurbish a flat, kitchen, bathroom, flooring etc. They completed the job to the agreed standard within the time lines we had agreed and the finished job was great. A small amount of snagging was highlighted and fix the following day. I would have no problem in recommending the team as professional and working to a high standard.Thank you guys

I required a driveway installed at short notice and they provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Very professional and reliable, nothing was too much trouble, they were able to also replace an old gate for me. The whole team was efficient and friendly. The finish is to a very high standard and I would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly

I had Vas and his team completely rip out our old kitchen and install our new kitchen and lay our new flooring. The work was done to a very high standard. The lads were very polite and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day, they even sorted a couple of other problems that had arisen whilst completing the work. Would definitely recommend them to anybody.
