This 5 star review is due to the wonderful staff that listened patiently and answered my questions adding valuable explanations that allowed me to reach a decision quickly. The professionalism exhibited was refreshing and personally focused to the needs of my vehicle and it's concerned owner. Thank you to Andy, Kieran and the young father who managed the oil change. And to the courtesy extended by all staff. ( my memory is not what it was, hence I cannot list all names).There is a wealth of experience here that Halfords would be advised to listen to with regard to changes to their current software that would increase business throughput. Time for The IT Business Analysts to talk to the users and do their jobs instead of hiding behind requirements documents never seen by nor signed off by the staff (users of the system) in the business.

Great customer service. Had my car in for it's MOT today, was very quick, done & picked back up within an hour! :) staff were very friendly! Will definitely be using this garage from now on :)

Car started making rattling noises near Stirling. Took it to NT and received unbelievably good service, no charge. Car had to go to Volvo garage for repair; sheared rear shocker. The NT guys were very supportive, took it there and put us in contact with a car hire company.

It’s disgusting i visited national tyres stirling on Wednesday to book appointment for wheel allignment for Thursday. I come back on Thursday they were making excuses we cant fix your problem my car steering was just on the right side to make it fine that what wheel allignment means and they were making excuses not interested for my wheel allignment enjoying and waste time in thier office. I go back to kwik fit stirling on same day and they fix my problem of wheel allignment and my car steering is fine now its all ok and straight. Much poor service i have ever seen.

Worst experience ever!! Had an issue with left side of suspension they fixed the right side one saying thats worse and never advised to do left which is still giving me the same problem and top of that they charged me for suspension kit *2.Been there for another issue depollution system fault light on dashboard. Quoted me £600, got done with other garage for £76Keiron Mccluskey stop putting reviews , you work there we don't need reviews from someone who already work there.

Went to get 4 new tyre,s, was given a price, if you buy and order online much much cheaper, waited a couple of days for them and was fitted in an hour and a half, I also asked the mechanic to check a rattle on the front offside, he told me a wee bit of play on the Ball joint but ok for now, Ah,ll be back.

Belated review from a few months ago. Rocked up with a punctured tyre, one of the staff took a look, checked with the manager whether they could sneak me in as they were up to their eyeballs busy.I got a time to come back at towards the end of the day - and when I returned the job was done.I thought I needed 2 tyres replacing and asked for 2, when I came back they confirmed only one was needed. Only one was changed and I can report all is good and well months later.When I visited I could see that there were a lot of jobs on, so interactions were polite, brief and to the point.Thanks for keeping me on the road!
