Brilliant shop and produce but, only now realised about the parking. Yes there are signs but we are all gulity of being sign blind as a collective. Perhaps a more prominent sign needs to be places in store. i'll wait and pay though like a good boy

The shop is great you can get almost anything. down side is as I found out today, now the car park is permit holders only and been sent a parking charge notice £60, I was actually in the shop buying stuff, I've always parked and shopped their. Can't understand why they don't tell customers about this, the shop must be losing customers.

Love a little trip to stock up on spices and bits and bobs. Worth going halves with a neighbour or family buy bigger split the costs so much better buying in bulk. Always find what I want here. Worth a visit save a fortune on supermarket prices. Only 4 stars no sanitizer for my basket lucky we took some....

I got very disappointed because I feel that it was very unprofessional & fraudulent to sell expiry food frozen food .their quality of products also looks bad and unhealthy ,not hygienic at all .I also waste money and time because I can’t travel back again just because of refunds as it is too much time consuming for me . I don’t recommend this retailer for shopping .

Never had a problem with shopping here many times before but this time I received a parking charge notice as have other customers which tells you there is an issue here!I did not see any signage to state I needed to input my registration outside or in store. I have appealed the charge with proof of purchase. I understand the need for making sure the car park isn't misused but please ensure staff can direct customers to input car registration at the till.Other than that, great staff, good range of products and a good butcher too.Shame about the parking charges and inconsistent misleading and missing signage.

Edit: I did appeal the ticket and provided my receipt but a reduced fine was upheld. Still disappointed at this money grabbing scheme by the shop. You should ask your customers if they’ve parked and guide them to the registration entry device instead of fine print signs.Original review: Disappointed to receive a penalty after parking in one of their bays to shop inside. The ticket says I need a permit? But the parking is clearly indicated for customers, which I was one of.

Lazy staff. Waited 15 mins for butcher and when he came he said half of the meat was out of stock. Smells too.

Excellent place to get spices and the staff are friendly and helpful.They have a good range of fresh produce including a butcher's section with fresh meat.Frozen food is also available and everything is reasonably priced.Certainly worth a visit if you have never been there before.
