Coulsdon Audi

Very bad after sales service. I have been waiting for my spare key from past 1.2 years. Sent Many emails and made numerous calls but if no use. Their employee keep on getting changed and your request will be stuck for forever. You will start from zero when employee gets changed. Most unprofessional service I had experienced that also from Audi. After 6-7 months I was told that my key was not even ordered at the time of sale. All that experience forced me to write this review.

Amazing service from Leo very professional, down to heart even though I wasn’t the customer he made my friend (who as nervous) at ease. Definitely coming back to Audi to purchase a car from Leo. I was shocked he wasn’t the manger. Amazing service

Customer service are rude .damaged car whilst in for mot and service. Denied was them who did it.luckily pictures to prove damage not there when dropped off . tried to say was already there but change mind when shown picture offered to fix vehicle only after having to speak to Audi uk.Took over a month to have repaired.if in the market for a new car will get the best service unfortunately aftercare service is a different matter ignore their reply below no contact just a token message to appear to be concerned will be finding alternative arrangements in the future

Sourced a seemingly well priced Audi SQ5 through Audi Approved website for sale from Coulsdon Audi. Requested a video from this dealer through the Audi Approved system. In the interim period I visited Coulsdon Audi's website. I was very pleased my search had finally ended and I had found what appeared to be my perfect car. I was delighted to find that Coulsdon Audi had the facility for me to secure this vehicle by way of a £99 deposit. I jumped at the chance and paid my deposit immediately. I was duly contacted by a salesman from Coulson Audi with the requested video, car was as described and exactly what I was looking for. The salesman gave me a provisional collection date, so, as I am quite a distance away, I booked a flight giving me a couple of days to spare. The salesman was aware of the distance between us and had informed me of the company's requirement as to full payment before this date. I had no problem with this having purchased a similar car from Swindon Audi the previous year. 2 days before collection the salesman contacted me to tell me the vehicle had serious accident damage and they would not sell it to me!i had conducted my own HPI check before this which showed no such event. The salesman apologised for the inconvenience and explained I would receive an immediate refund and that he would arrange with his manager to refund the cost of my flight. I have contacted Coulsdon Audi on four occasions now and Audi UK customer services. To say that I am disappointed with both would be an understatement. I have purchased several BMW approved used cars over the years in a similar manner and have great faith in this as a way of sourcing the perfect specitication car but Coulsdon Audi for me have very much been the exception, truly awful experience having to beg for a refund. You can keep my money and I will accept the loss in respect of my flight but I sincerely hope that my review will at least help one person to avoid the same experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. The sales man Leo was supportive up till the collection of my collection. Being a mobility customer, I didn’t know what’s in offer and what car to get. He was attentive, patient and hard working. Please go and see Leo if you want to buy an Audi car as he will make your experience phenomenal. Upon arrival I was greet with a hot drink. Thanks for your service.

We just visited dealership on a whim as they had a q2 I was interested in which I saw online a day earlier, we had no appointment just walked in, asked receptionist about the car and we were shown the car by Sam Matic, who was brilliant, and we had test driven the car and completed the deal(with the assistance of Glen) within an hour and half of arriving unannounced. Brilliant service from all the Audi colleagues we interacted with, highly recommended dealership.

My family and I had a lovely experience at Coulsdon Audi, all thanks to Leo. We walked into the showroom not knowing what we wanted, but walked out with a beautiful car! He has been with us every step of the way, answering our 100 questions and ensuring we had a grand reveal, even though it was raining. Additionally, he made the registration and handover process as swift and smooth as possible.We had been searching for a car for almost 3 years without any success, so we were incredibly pleased that our curiosity led us to his showroom that day while we were in the area!

This place is great! The cars were all laid out perfectly and everything was clean and in exceptional condition. I am looking to get a new car and looking here was great! I am happy I chose to visit here! Definitely recommend it to anyone!I didn't get to speak to a member of staff but they all seemed very friendly!

Just bought my first car from Audi Coulsdon. Damion was the exec that worked on the deal and he was great. Strong communication throughout the process, even when I was abroad. And kept me posted as things evolved to give me assurance and confidence in both Audi, himself and the Coulsdon branch. Would heavily recommend.
