Maja came out from Stafford at very short notice. She was very respectful, caring & professional. She explained everything that was about to happen and gave us time to say our farewells. So glad we chose Dignipets, it was the kindest and easiest option for one of the hardest decisions that we've ever had to make. Thank you x

Our beautiful baby dog named Colie has been diagnosed with lymphoma only few weeks after turning 12 in mid-November. Sadly, his condition deteriorated far too quickly, and after Christmas my wife and I had to prepare to make the most difficult decision of our life. We did not want to bring him to our vet surgery and be scared. We wanted him to be in his home surrounded by his family who loved him so much. A massive thank you to Dignipets and in particular to Lucian who came on the 30th of December. Lucian was very kind, helpful, understanding, supportive and professional. Everything we needed in this difficult time.

Lucian was very compassionate, patient and professional. The whole experience was less traumatic, with our dog passing in his own environment surrounded by the people that loved him. The follow up sympathy card and lovely verse was much appreciated . We would definitely recommend this service.

A lovely man called Lucien answered our call to Dignipets yesterday when our beloved dog Rooney was at the end of his life with us and needed to be helped. Lucien was kindness itself, so compassionate and understanding. Rooneys passing was very dignified & peaceful. We are so grateful that Dignipets is there, with people like Lucien, to help pet owners like us say goodbye to their much loved pet. Thank you.

We used Dignipets after our beautiful 5 year old Cavapoo had a terrible accident that left her back broken and her spinal cord severely damaged. Poppy was put to rest on her favourite spot on the sofa and in our loving arms. Maja was totally respectful, explained everything clearly and treated Poppy with great care. Once Poppy took her last breath, she gave us time to say our goodbyes and then wrapped her up in a blanket and picked her up as if she was a new born child. We really appreciated that. Communication was clear throughout the day so we knew when to expect her. We now have her ashes which we will take to her favorite beach in Wales to lay her to rest forever. Putting your beloved pet to sleep is one of the hardest things you ever do for sure, but for her to be at home meant a lot to us both. I would totally recommend.

At an extremely traumatic time we found the services of dignipets very understanding, we had Merel come out to us and she was fantastic , she gave us all the time & space we needed and our beloved Paddy felt at ease, we can’t thank her enough for the service she gave and how she made us feel. We were so glad that we had Merel to put our Paddy to rest. RIP Paddy x

I used these vets yesterday. My elderly cat went downhill quick Friday night and I didn’t want to have to put him through a stressful car journey and waiting room before he was put to sleep. I was advised to call Dignipets as they come to your home and specialise in euthanasia and end of life care. I was a bit dubious at first as I’ve never heard of them but decided to take a chance. I WAS SO GLAD I DID. I had LUCIAN visit my house within 2 hours of calling in the morning. He is the most gentle, caring, compassionate vet I have ever met. Everything was done really slowly so my cat wasn’t stressed. There was no urgency or time limit and my gorgeous boy Macca passed away peacefully and pain free with me by his side - surrounded by familiar smells and sounds and I couldn’t have asked for a better ending for him.I will use these vets with each and every pet of mine in the future without doubt!
