My dog bit into my hot water radiator pipe late one evening - long story! Water was spraying everywhere. Got it under control but pipe was still leaking and needed a plumber. Paul was wonderfully helpful - it was just before Christmas and he was very busy. He tried to get to me but his work pressure was such that he couldn’t. So he arranged for a plumber, Darren, to come and fix it. Paul kept me informed and updated. Darren arrived on time and fixed the problem with ease. I was very grateful and delighted with the service I received from both Paul and Darren. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service and professionalism from Paul, he managed to sort a radiator leak in one of the bedrooms which had caused my boiler to lose pressure and not provide hot water. Very knowledgeable in his trade and the job was fixed within the hour. Highly recommended

I called Paul for help when my old boiler broke down. I'd tried calling a few local plumbers, but no one else wanted to or was available to help me, as it was just a few days before Christmas! Paul visited the same day to assess the problem, and it was decided the best course of action was to replace the boiler. He managed to source a new Worcester Greenstar Life 8000 35kw Combi boiler and other relevant parts, and returned a couple of days later to install everything. He worked long days, in freezing temperatures to get my heating and hot water back on for Christmas. At the same time he also made some modifications to old pipework, and upgraded my home thermostat and installed thermostatic radiator valves onto my radiators. This additional work will enable me to run my new heating system as efficiently as possible, and will hopefully save some money on my energy bills. Furthermore, i feel reassured that his work is Gas Safe compliant, and I also have a 12 year parts and labour guarantee. I am incredibly gratefull to Paul and can highly recommend him.

Our very old boiler had a major failure leaving us (a family of 4 with young children) without heating, hot water, and hot showers. We needed a new boiler installing rapidly. Paul was extremely responsive and quickly came round to survey our property for installation. He was able to move other jobs around to accommodate us. The installation was reasonably complex and required re-routing of the flue from through the wall to through the roof. He also installed new thermostat valves on the radiators, and fixed a number of other issues with a number of the radiators. His quote was good, his work was high quality, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommended.

Called at 10 on Sunday due to having a gas leak and Paul was at ours by 12 fixing the issue. Fantastic service and definitely someone I ould use again if th need arises.

I had a number of quotes to install a new boiler at our home but chose Paul based upon our initial impression of him, his knowledge of the work required, the fact that he explained the options available to us and, of course, the price quoted. I am pleased to say that we absolutely made the right decision. Paul notified us when he was able to start the work and how long it was due to take. He arrived on time on the first day and we couldn't fault any aspect of his work during the 2 days he was installing the boiler and replacing the radiator thermostat valves. He cleaned up after himself and all waste was taken away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will be having him back to service the boiler in a years time.

Paul provided a very detailed quote and talked me through the whole job, which was a full system replacement. Because it was so cold and we had no heat or hot water he pulled out all the stops to get this completed as quickly as possible, despite coming across many problems in our old house. He kept me fully informed and showed me everything that I needed to know. Despite the problems he stuck with his quote and did not expect anything extra. Paul installed my central heating in feb. He was amazing, worked so hard and the end result was great. He did way more that what was required in the installation and as a first time home owner, I am so grateful. I do not do many reviews but Paul deserves one. Needed a new boiler as the old one was not worth mending. Rang Paul ( local and experienced ) right from the first visit to the completion of the job Paul was great. New boiler, pump etc works fantastic. He worked for two days non stop, you can tell Paul was very experience as the standard of the work was superb, the fitting of the condensing pipe was a work of art.
