Very impressed and wished i found you guys sooner. I emailed and was able to get an engineer visit the next day. Konrad was really friendly and informative and knew his stuff. very happy with the service!i have had my ellipse machine for many years and it was really overdue a service and repair. I had reached our to another company and had been chasing them for almost a year for the service. so i was so happy to be fitted in so promptly.I'm looking forward to using my machine back at full capacity again!

I found GoLaser online. we got in touch on Monday and got a response same day. got the laser machine fixed pretty quicklyAll I can say is that they are very professional, know what they are doing and also make things possible in repairing when others give up. very happy with them. I've kept them on the books to service my laser HR machine.

The most trustworthy and professional, reliable service I have ever had.I have my own business for nearly 10 years and I have dealt with a few engineers and I have had different experiences and not all of them good but GOLASER is truly amazing and I was really struggling when a laser machine company recommended them and I these guys saved me tons of money as I was told my machine is broken and it’s not repairable and it cost around 10k -12k, and could take a long time it was my main machine still quite new and I bought it around 3 years ago and it was a shock I was devastated.I wasn’t insured for the parts.He agreed to come and inspect the machine and he said there is a small chance he could fix it with a few hundred pounds and he ordered the part and managed to fix it,None of the other engineers suspected the fault.He also serviced my CANDELA ND YAD 1064, it’s even better that the first day I bought it.Honestly I can write so much about how helpful GOLASER is but I can only tell you that I’m relieved that I know them because GOLASER don’t do it for money only they have passion, knowledge and a big heart to understand your situation too.I would definitely recommend them , thank you GOLASER.

I would highly recommend GoLaser especially Konrad. He came very quickly with the solution to my IPL system, so I could restart working with my clients after my IPL system needed a repair. Also he helped me to outsource the right handpiece for my system and adjusted the settings so I could get even better results with the system.He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. And is able to find solution with all thingslaser like nobody else.Highly recommended
