I recently got in touch with PlayBox to see if they could repair the HDMI port on my PS5 and the service I received was flawless. I took my console down the same day and received step by step updates on the repair with photos of the damages inside. I had the PS5 back in my hands within 24 hours at a very good price for what was required. Would definitely recommend getting in contact with PlayBox for any console repairs. I’ll be back once the bairns break something else!

Got a ps vita repaired perfectly. Especially considering what the console had gone though that I would have never known if it wasn't for how helpful Jamie was.would definitely use them again.

Faultless service from the beginning to end. I firstly enquired about an issue on the kids PS5 controller, 18months of Fortnite abuse and the left stick had finally decided it was doing its own thing. A big problem for me, but not for Jamie, sorted same day and even gave me a loan controller so the young one wouldn’t miss out on being online with his mates, absolutely class.Also decided, after a discussion with Jamie about common fault and issues to go ahead with a strip down service and clean, some of the common issues sounded a bit similar to what I had been experiencing, same again, dropped off, nice and shine, good to go next day with no issues.Absolutely Faultless service.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional repair without the 2 month waiting list and wallet crushing prices.Thanks again Jamie,Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really excellent service! Could not be happier! I was just about to buy a new PS5, as my old one was constantly overheating and turning off, it was practically unusable. I took it to Jamie and he had it fixed the next day, even staying later than usual to get it back to me as quickly as possible! The price was super affordable, and it even came with a three month warranty. I could not recommend more!
