We were invited as family and friends to try their brunch. However, I'll still be honest and say what I have to say about the meal.We ordered a avocado honey tea and a matcha latte, which were both really good. The avocado honey tea tasted like mulberry sweet soup, which is one of my favourite desserts. The matcha latte wasn't too milky which is good, but it could've been better if the matcha was less chunky. We were also given a lemon grass apple juice which was especially refreshing under the hot weather, and a homemade ginger beer.We also had a full English breakfast, an eggs royale and a croque Monsieur. The full English breakfast is so far the best I have had in the UK, big thumps up for the locally sourced Cumberland sausage as well as the amazing texture created by the grated potatoes in the hashbrown. The consistency of the hollandaise was also very enjoyable, it also wasn't too sour or blend. The sandwich consisted of ham, cheese, mustard mayo, and bechamel, the portion was huge and it also came with crisps and coleslaw. You can't really mess up with these ingredients so it was amazing as well.
