Nice bikes and plenty to choose from and simple explanations in the different models of Tigers, but unfortunately after being left feeling patronised and having a rather abrupt salesman with no discussion of prices or willingness to be competitive with other brands I left feeling rather deflated. Had we spoke about prices I’d have purchased a Tiger then and there, but instead went and purchased a BMW GS.It’s a shame as I loved the Tiger, but not enough buy one from these guys.

I tried booking a test ride...three times for a T100 once in person and twice online, I did get a call asking for a deposit, they said they would get back to me, I was told both times that they were busy preparing customer bikes, neither time did they get back to me, this is salesmanship at its worst.

Recently picked up the second bike I've purchased from Pure Triumph Wellingborough. Once again the customer service is outstanding, no pushy sales staff and no pressure. Great deal, superb customer service and they really can't do enough for you. Nina, Nick and Kev have all been brilliant. I will be back in the future, thanks again.

Excellent people to get advice from. They knew their products and especially the bikes. I had a test ride on both bikes I was interested in. All in all a great place to get a Triumph Motorbike from be it new, or used, or their high quality trade-ins they get.

I ordered a brand new Triumph recently, everything was really easy and i was kept up to speed by Kevin and Nina throughout the process. I was trying to decide between two different bikes so i arranged a test ride of both, no pressure at all to go with either which was nice, no pushy sales people. I will be back to trade mine in when the time is right and would have no issue recommending to friends. Great customer service.

Originally purchased my Trident 660 new from Pure Triumph Wellingborough. Had my services completed there as well. Decided to change my chain and sprockets myself but didn’t get the setup right. Kevin and the team sorted it quickly for me. Great service from buying, through servicing and putting my diy replacement right!

This is a great place to look for a new or used bike or to have work done. The staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. They aren’t overbearing or intrusive and will leave you alone if that’s what you want. They are also on hand to advise and assist where needed. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to Pure at Wellingborough make the experience extremely pleasant. I visit even when I’m not looking for anything just to nip in and say hello.

A truly fantastic service, buying the new Street Triple R. Everyone in the showroom, especially Nina and Nic, were brilliant. They made if such an easy process from start to finish, including a trade in. Everything was done for me, I just rode over and picked it up. They made me feel special without being over attentive.
