BBQ Workshop - Kent’s BBQ Cookery School
Whether you just want to move on from charred sausages or you are a full on foodie looking to broaden your skillset these guys are great. They kept things informal yet informative during a great fun day where we leaned a tonne of stuff. Only complaint is the difficulty staying awake on the drive home after lunch!

BBQ Workshop - Kent’s BBQ Cookery School
We attended a BBQ workshop and had the most amazing day! It started with bacon butties and ended with us taking home massive containers full of the best food we’ve ever eaten. It’s given me lots of confidence when it comes to cooking and I can’t wait to host our first BBQ soon. Thank you, Jackie and Dave. I’d recommend your class to absolutely everyone!

Fantastic day learning tips and tricks with Jackie and Dave. Really hands on, loads of great information on all things BBQ. Can't wait to try at home. Breakfast and refreshments provided throughout and an amazing meal at the end showcasing all the hard work throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone.

BBQ Workshop - Kent’s BBQ Cookery School
Had a great day with Jackie and David on Saturday. Learnt a great deal and Jackie is not backward in answering bbq questions and explaining why you should or shouldn’t do certain things. Its very well run Jackie does the teaching and David is a very good host and the day flows very well. You can buy some bits also I bought their bbq rub range for a reasonable price too! Looking forward to going back and doing the All American course.

Went today for the American BBQ class and honestly this is such a great venue; Jackie & Dave are great hosts at their lovely home with a seriously awesome setup for BBQ’ing … lots of great information, insights and practical work … then a feast at the end of the day!Highly recommended for anyone who wants to know more about how to BBQ, whether your a novice or experienced.Thanks for a great day

BBQ Workshop - Kent’s BBQ Cookery School
An amazing experience that helped me moved beyond the rapid charring of kebabs on my barbecue, to understanding the benefits of low and slow". The 6 hours just flew by. Even better than learning how to do this type of barbecue was eating the results! Learned a lot and can't wait for it to warm up so I can put it into practice. Absolutely amazing day with Jackie and David. A real eye-opening time with a very good insight into the best bit of BBQ cooking I've seen. Some really good ideas to come away with and hopefully improve my own cooking. These two make it a fun day that certainly fills your belly too. Highly recommended day for anyone to do.
