LJ TRANSPORTATION RESCUE & RECOVERY

We broke down on the A12 near Colchester. BMW Assistance arranged for LJ Rescue to pick us up. Dale our recovery driver arrived within the hour which was an hour earlier than promised. Must say he handled the situation amazingly and is a credit to the business. Thank you guys.

Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service when recovering my horsebox on a bank holiday weekend - couldn't ask for more.

This is a shame of a company. It took over 8 hours to get recovered and even then, despite VERY clear instructions, the driver decided to grab my car onto the trailer. They damaged 2 wheel rims and dented a panel. The office is full of liars. They claimed there had been a big accident pile up on the M11 when none had happened. When they get called out by the police they're no better. My parents' motorhome was stolen then recovered, and they treated it like a write-off in front of them. Even the police in attendance said to that driver to be more careful, not just kick the wheels hard to turn them. In short, liars, incompetent, vandals and spanner monkeys at best. The reason they work for this company as no other would employ them.

Recovered my car after it had being stuck in flood water near Shalford. Subbed out by RAC. Chap who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't have been a better experience after having stressed about recovering my car all weekend. Thanks alot!

Your operative Evan recovered my car yesterday. He arrived quickly and dealt with the recovery to my home address efficiently and courteously all the while being good humoured and kind, even although he was working under scorching temperatures. I would certainly say he's a credit to your company, many thanks!

Called out through Green Flag to my wife’s car. Got a text within 5 minutes followed up with an eta and the name of the driver (Evan). Were on site in less than an hour as she was alone in a car park. Got her started and on the road. Great service thanks.

Broke down near clacton first van came with in and hour of me breaking down had to have tow truck to bring me to harwich tow truck driver was nice friendly man we got here in good time and made sure I was safely home

Daniel came out to us after we broke down. Very friendly, smart , polite and professional. Hopefully I will never have to use again, only because I do not want to brake down again.Was relieved when we got into the nice warm cab.

Broke down, engine fault. Reported through RAC. Waited in -2°C for 6 hours. Truck showed up, didn't even look at the car. Told us they can't load our car onto the truck as the truck was broken. Said there was nothing they could do and to phone RAC again. What was the point of even sending him out to us? The guy was rude, and couldn't care less. Left us in sub freezing weather, no water or warmth. I believe he just didn't want to drive us to our destination late on a Sunday. Pointless company, worst experience.
