Penn Wedding Cakes

This is the only time I have seen people asking for more wedding cake - usually it is just part of the decoration and no-one expects it to taste particularly good. This is the exception. Penn cakes are delicious; wonderful flavours, not over sweet and with their signature Italian buttercream icing they are really moreish! we had a bottom tier of lime and coconut with two smaller tiers of vanilla and raspberry. The whole cake looked spectacular as the buttercream gives a very modern look. Kristina was so obliging and set up the cake at the venue to give a most beautiful display. Friends had suggested a cheese tower instead but we were so pleased that we went the traditional route with a cake - you can eat cheese anytime - this was very special. Thank you so much.

Kristina is an amazing talent! Her baking skills are out of this world and has so many different wonderful flavours of cake to choose from, we were blown away at our tasting session!We didn't want a traditional wedding cake and asked Kristina to do something out of the ordinary, she was happy to accept the challenge and excited to do something a bit different!We ended up with a huge cake made up of four different tiers, all different flavours, each one incredible and all of our guests had a different favourite, although the lime and coconut seemed to go down very well.We can't thank you enough!
