They have the most knowledgeable staff compared to the other watch shops. But cant really agree with their prices. If you want to know more about a watch or if you are confused about picking one from a few choices, the friendly staff there will help you to arrive at a conclusion. I really wanted to buy from breaverbrooks because of the detailed explanations about the watches from the staff. But I found a better deal in another watch shop in the festival place itself. I mean the price difference was really a considerable amount.

Been in there twice over the last few days after buying a luxury watch. The staff in this shop are so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will only use this place to buy watches from now on

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made my experience of choosing an engagement ring enjoyable. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced and so much so we bought our wedding rings there. I could not reccommend them enough, they are one of the hidden gems of Basingstoke.

It was my second time purchasing jewellery from this store and both experiences were just as good. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Lauren served me on my second visit, she spend time with me, I felt listened to and she only gave me helpful information. Overall amazing experience.

Excellent service today from Rebecca. She spent a long time with me helping me to decide and find the perfect watch, and I couldn’t be happier with what I went for. She took time to listen to what I liked and went back and forth several times with different choices. Good customer service really goes a long way and I think Rebecca went above and beyond today. 100% would recommend Beaverbrooks. Thanks!

I have only been in this place once to know what ring size I was and the lady that spoke to me was super friendly and helped me out so if you are looking for a place to understand what ring size you are then I would recommend this place.

Beaverbrooks has got good collection and has separate lounge to sit and understand the product. They explain throughly and we can give our attention since there is lounge inside which is little next to show cases.The lights are glittering so we are not able to see how the product look like in Sunlight. Great experience.

Had a bad experience around a month ago with a very pushy member of staff, saw a deal for two Longines I really liked so decided to give them another go, I went in on the Thursday and spoke with Sinead who was lovely, they did not have the two watches in stock however she ordered them in for me, on Saturday Sinead called me to say they were in, I popped in at 6pm, Sinead was unfortunately with another customer so Sally helped me, I tried the two watches on and made my decision, Sally then spent a while adjusting the strap for me till it was the perfect fit, this went on a while till after they closed, both Sally and Sinead were fantastic and really changed my opinion about beaverbrooks, 5 stars is not enough.
