We would like to thank Kevin and team they booked an amazing holiday for us.They suggested TUI flex we added this to the holiday.Sadly we have had to cancel the holiday due to health reasons, we went into Poole shop explained the situation and was refuned immediately, we cannot wait to be able to book our next holiday with them in the future.

We had various bits & pieces that needed to be sorted out urgently for a holiday which is a Christmas present. Chris handled everything for us & was at the end of the phone to sort it all. Had been deliberating over a holiday for some time, decided we would go for it, travelled to Tui Poole, met very swiftly by Oakley who was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, polite, attentive and good fun. He booked exactly what we required, offered advice on airport parking, trips and excursions whilst there, also strived to get us additional help with assisted travel as we have a disabled member in the party. He made the whole process very simple. A pleasure deal with such a wonderful team member.

My cousin and I booked a holiday online but unfortunately TUI had to cancel our flight and we could no longer fly into Bournemouth for this holiday. We went to the Winton branch to look at our options and received such terrible service that we left without having sorted anything out and we did not want to go back there. We decided to go the Poole branch the following day to try again.It was very busy and we waited and was seen by Hayden. We explained what happened to our original booking and that we needed some advice. Well, the experience couldn’t have been any more different to what we received the day before. Hayden was absolutely brilliant and with the help of Jess, who clearly knows her stuff and was also brilliant, we amended our booking and left TUI very happy indeed.Even though it was very busy, they both listened, offered options and opinions to ensure our needs were completely satisfied.Thank you Hayden and Jess, you are a credit to TUI and we will always come to the Poole branch to book our future holidays.

I went into the Poole store for a trip to Las Vegas next April. I saw Louise and she found me the perfect holiday, it was a fab price with everything I meeded. She was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She was awesome! Everyone in the Poole shop are just so helpful. Top service!

We would highly recommend the Poole TUI office, in particular we were very impressed with Niamh and Jess, who were extremely helpful with regards to issues involving our pre-booked holiday due to a medical emergency. They went above and beyond to help us during this difficult and stressful time, they are a credit to the company and the office. We will happily use TUI again in the future, and will be recommending to others.
