Rob was very friendly and extremely efficient. After being let down by various so called 'reliable' plumbers, I had lost any confidence in finding a good one, until I contacted Greenside heating and plumbing! Within a couple of days he arrived and serviced both my properties, one being a gas boiler and the other a more complex oil one. Highly recommend. Thank you

Rob installed a new boiler for us at short notice a few years ago when ours failed beyond economical repair. On inspection we also required new gas pipes installed. The quality of the work was top notch and all mess and packing was cleaned and removed at the end. We use Rob for our annual services and any other plumbing needs now and wouldn’t consider anyone else. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks!

Greenside Smart Heating
Rob installed a Mixergy Cylinder for me last week, he converted the system from an old tank in loft system with poor pressure for the hot water to a pressurized system. He worked in a very professional way and was open to any queries I had with regards the installation. Thoroughly impressed with both his work ethic and more importantly the quality of installation. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done and I will be getting Rob to do more changes in the future such as upgrading my radiators.

Rob was amazing - he fitted a new boiler & removed an immersion heater, plus fitted thermostatic valves! He was so competent, hard working and respectful of my house, tidying up as he worked. I thoroughly recommend him for any plumbing work you need doing. Definitely a 5 star review!

I've recently had a new boiler installed by Rob Bell from Greenside Boiler Installation and Service Newcastle. The service and craftsmanship was top notch. He talked us through a variety of options that were suitable for my home, and I was happy with my final decision.The installation of the combi boiler was excellent and it wasn't an easy location to install the system. Furthermore, he was respectful of my property and left the area spotless. Finally, Rob talked us through the programming of the boiler so it was an easy transition from old to new.This was a five-star service and I would happily recommend.

Had Rob fit our boiler last week. I can honestly say he is an old school worker. Comes in and does the job! No small talk, just graft all the way. Super follow up calls (when I couldn't work the control) just perfect. Easy, trust worthy, would DEFINITELY recommend. Good price. Honest worker, thanks Rob!!!!
