Gigz Management

We booked Frank from Gigz Management for our wedding and he absolutely smashed it. We met with him multiple times before the big day and ran him through our playlists and general vibe, and he totally understood what we were going for. On the day he kept the dancefloor poppin and everyone had a fantastic time. Also a really smooth experience booking everything, Dave is a gentleman and always made sure we had what we needed.Venue: The Tythe Barn, Launton

Gigz were incredibly helpful and booked us a truly amazing band for our wedding, Mowgli. Everything from initial lists of available bands to providing advice and guidance on the right type of acts was absolutely perfect. Helped make our day at Kew Gardens great and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Gigz Mgmt to book a band, and this time it was for our wedding. As per our previous experience Dave was fantastic, prompt responses, always on hand and willing to go above and beyond even when it came down to making sure the band played our first dance at the right tempo. Having the Dominoes play at our wedding was a non-negotiable and as ever they were excepnal. We were sad not to have Natasha on the day but oh wow, the lead singer who stood in for her was epic. We loved her, and so did our guests. We celebrated our day in Tipis at a friends field in Bucks and again Dave was so helpful getting the date secured even though we hadn't a finalised venue.Recommended to us many years ago by Creslow Events and 100% still providing the same level of service. Frank was the DJ for our wedding at the Tythe Barn in Launton and made it such a special night for us. He arrived on time and we had a quick chat pre-set to confirm first dance timings. The playlist he put together was amazing and everyone had a great evening celebrating. Gigz management made the booking easy through their website and were quick to make a few last minute changes for us on timings. A big thank you to Dave on the booking side and Frank again.

We engaged the Bourbon Set for three one-hour sets of quiet jazz at our wedding reception for 40 at Cambridge Cottage, Kew Gardens. The contracting and invoicing process with Gigz Management was personal and efficient. The music, chosen from a wide range of numbers, supplemented on the day by requests and improvisation, was provided by Matt Carter, on piano, and Eric Guy, on double base. Both exceptional musicians, they created a mellow, genial and harmonious atmosphere for the afternoon - described by one guest as 'the heart of the event'. As indeed it was. Had the best wedding we could have imagined at The Tythe Barn in 23rd September 2023.Mowgli were phenomenal and all of the band were so lovely and had such passion. Everyone was and has been saying how good they were. They honestly made it and blew us away.Also Rory’s mixes were amazing and went down like a dream!The dance floor was packed throughout the night and so many moves were thrown.Thanks for everything with the build up and for making it happen. We are so glad that we chose to book our wedding band (The Quills) through Gigz management.Not only was the band absolutely amazing, but Gigz were so professional and helpful throughout the whole planning process, and on the day itself. Communication was always speedy, clear and helpful, and we felt totally confident that Gigz had everything under control. Nothing was ever too much to ask and we felt so confident that Gigz would deliver.The Quills were honestly incredible and we will never forget dancing around the orangery at Kew Gardens, with all of our guests. Quills were fantastic - great playlist and brilliant atmosphere. We had a fantastic wedding party and did not want the evening to finish. They were so good some guests took their details and they have played at other weddings we have been to. Cannot recommend the Quills highly enough!
