Every thing went extremely well. Melissa Martin was wonderfully helpful, which is unusual these days . I have brought 4 Smart cars and three Mercedes from Lancaster and this was the least fraught and speaks volumes.

Really pleased that standards and customer care have continued to be outstanding. Gentleman who greets customers at the door, no matter wind, rain or shine, is always smiling, happy and helpful. He is always there greeting me by name. I bring 4 vehicles to this dealership for maintenance and always grateful that I have an excellent dealership team to look after my vehicles.
