Stourbridge Pilates Rooms
I have been attending Stourbridge Pilates Rooms since it opened. The staff are all professional and passionate about Pilates. All the classes are great but not impersonal that you still get knowledgeable and targeted instruction that you wouldn't get at a larger gym, there is no hiding at the back of the class here. For even more individual I instruction I book the private sessions which allow you to really focus on your own requirements. For more experienced clients there are open sessions which allow even more flexibility for booking and coming out of lockdown I found these very useful.

Highly qualified, experienced and supportive instructors. The best Pilates studio I’ve been too by far. I’ve tried both reformer and mat classes and they have both been great. Noticed a difference in my flexibility, core and well being after a month. Highly recommend

Stourbridge Pilates Rooms
Visiting my dad from Sydney where I've been doing pilates regularly for a while I was pleasantly surprised to find a pilates studio nearby in Stourbridge. I contacted the studio and got a quick, friendly reply and booked in for a class. I had a great one on one session with Nicky on a pay as you go basis. We tried out multiple pieces of equipment - some of which I'd not even seen before. NIcky was a great guide and the hour flew by. Very pleased to have found them. Seems to be a super friendly place to do a variety of classes. Plenty of parking nearby. I already booked in for more!

As a newcomer to Pilates, I found the introduction, the staff, the app & the studio facilities to be excellent. I would recommend this Studio to anyone looking to start Pilates.

Stourbridge Pilates Rooms
I started visiting Stourbridge Pilates Rooms a year ago and have two sessions a week. After having three caesarean sections and a hysterectomy my core was very weak prior to me starting Pilates classes. These days I am much stronger and can almost do a sit-up which is something I never thought I’d manage to do it's all thanks to Rebecca's expert guidance and support. All the team are experienced and offer great support and encouragement. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to start pilates.

Superb - always happy to recommend. Extremely professional, knowledgable , fun and more importantly effective . Classical pilates is not gym pilates… if only had discovered pilates in my twenties , it is the biggest life changer… regardless of what’s in your life, be it sport, injury or life pilates makes it better . Thank you so much to you all for making it safe and fun too

I have been attending for 4 months now, what an amazing place, the staff are professional, knowledgeable and SO helpful.I can feel and see the improvements with my back, so clearly, I can only see my condition improving with my attendance.I have private sessions with Carrie and she is the most patient person in the world.I can only say good things, if you have any issues, please call them, they Will help.
