Wonderful service. I made contact due to my daughters very sore toe. Seen the next day and interim treatment and advice given by a very knowledgable Louise. Sadly ingrowing nail got worse so we opted for surgery. Done a day after the ‘please help’ email was sent. Louise put my 17 year old at ease but was honest about recovery time and time off sport. We’ve had 3 follow up visits to check progress with Louise and Emily. On one other occasion it was sore and I emailed and was offered an appointment the next day and email reassurance from the photo I sent.Communication throughout has been excellent from Paul on reception.Huge thanks to all. The dogs were also lovely to see!!! Hopefully we’ll never need to return (ingrowing toe nails hurt!!!) but if we ever did need help I’d be back in a shot. Thank you from me and Eve!

Both Leo and Louise were fantastic. From thorough detail and information over the phone and email prior to my appointment, to accommodating for both myself and if I had fetched my youngest in the pram on the day.Leo during the procedure was very thorough in explaining what was happening, making sure I understood and giving me the chance to ask questions multiple times throughout if o had any. He also made me feel at total ease throughout, making a clinical procedure almost feel like a pamper session. Aftercare again extremely thorough from both Leo and Louise. Very happy with my choice in clinic and would recommend without a doubt to friends and family.

The staff were amazing, very approachable and considerate. Can't speak highly enough about the treatment and after care we experienced. Would recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time waiting on NHS for months on end. We have absolutely no regrets. Thanks once again.

Exceptional care from Louise at LR Podiatry. I went to her struggling with chronic aches and pains in my feet and had orthotics made as well as an exercise plan for rehabilitation. All the staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel at ease. Immaculate clinic too, highly recommended.

I visited LR Podiatry with a suspected ingrown toenail. The nail surgery was done by Louise, and I was made to feel at ease instantly. The anaesthetic worked a charm and I didn't feel even a poke or a prod. My toe is healing really well and what was a very painful toe is now completely pain free. All the staff I've met along the way have been ace, and I strongly recommend anyone with any podiatry needs to visit Louise and her team. Thank you all very much!

Excellent service from Kirsty over recent months, following nail surgery for a longstanding issue. Able to book appointments in to fit around my work schedule and got a quick emergency appointment when wound became infected after I tripped over (my own fault)All the staff are so friendly, always time for a hello and a chat and you are made to feel really welcome. I am almost going to miss my regular appointments, and will definitely be back for 'routine maintenance'! Highly recommended.

Fabulous service and team. Great fast treatment for a very painful ingrowing toenail and great aftercare instructions and follow up. Brilliant that the final consult could be done online as it saved us a long trip. Highly recommend Louise and the team.
