Brilliant shop, customer service is amazing! They have such good choice of clothes and affordable prices. The staff are so helpful especially Rabiah and Maria and also yasmin who works upstairs, they have helped me out so well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone visiting.

Was there over a hour, only 1 person dealing with a busy shop full of people. Selected a suit n few sizes but all were damaged so had to changed colour n design. Again most of the clothes were damaged & had to keep changing them n looking for the non damaged ones. I was told they all will be the same damaged & was not helping like they should have. Cheap clothes but damaged!!! Customer service was terrible, cheap clothes but horrible quality never ever again!

Everything is good just need to focus on servers . Senior staffs are very rude . Not helpful at all . They doesn’t care about customers demand . I asked for the size of the dresses they replied I already told you once I can’t reply. Again when I went to pay I asked for to remove the hangers please the lady said she won’t be able to do that because she is too busy she doesn’t have time to do that . Didn’t even say sorry

I come from France and especially just to visit R&M last sunday. Got to say the customer service was amazing, everyone was very helpful. There was so many choices to choose from and such amazing prices. Would definitely recommend!

The clothes are cheap and they advertise well on social media but the girls downstairs are so rude. I asked for a suit and she threw the bag at me on the till and walked off ! I had a function to go to, so bought the suit otherwisei wouldve asked her where her manners were!.

Very good customer service get treated like family in that shop always have all sizes and colours good variety recommend this shop to everyone

Top quality designs and great value for money. Excellent products. Never failed to meet my expectations and standards. My family and friends always shop from R&M and have never been disappointed. I love shopping at R&M. Best shop with great prices in Oldham Manchester. You will never find this price, quality and service anywhere else.

Service is atrocious, customer service is non existence! the women workers there are beyond ignorant and rude. When I went to try on some clothes this stupid cleaner who has no patient at all screamed at me to get out and let her clean. This is disgusting behaviour is that really how your supposed to treat customers. If customers are trying clothes out wait patiently and let them try and why would you want to clean during the day are people running after you to tell you clean properly. Wait just before the shop closes and customers have gone out to clean. Absolutely atrocious I don’t even thing there’s any point in wasting time going into this shop woth rude staff. I HOPE THAT THE STAFF OF THIS STORE READ THIS!!!!

The clothes are all gorgeous, however l, they are limited to sizing e.g. I wear a size XL and they barely have a size L. Also the shop is not that spacious, which makes it stuffy.
