Food was cold, had Sweet and sour chicken balls with egg fried rice with chips.Rice was cold and and the sweet and sour chicken had no sauce so had to eat the rice dry.The lady waitress was amazing though very friendly and pleasing.

Lovely food as always. Very busy & quite loud but to be expected with Xmas party's etc. Highly recommend. Look forward to returning soon.

Been here a few times now and attended yesterday for the sisters birthday, once again fantastic time. The service was amazing always attending the table is we needed to order again or drinks etc, they even brought out the cake for my sister's birthday after keeping it behind the bar during the meal for us. The food, as usual was incredible. Was slightly gutted to no longer see Thai Curry on there and other alterations have been made since I came last, but everything was beautiful all the way through. Our favourite is definitely the salt and pepper chicken or ribs so I highly recommend these. And to be able to reorder as many times as you want, 6 items max for £17.50, is fantastic. Highly recommended and no wonder they are a Chester Staple of a restaurant.

Not as good as usual customer for 17 yrs) duck undercooked like minced duck, samosas were soggy, ribs were warm not hot and spring onion / cucumber good for 2 pancakes. Binned most of it.

great for a group - generous portions and lovely food, with a good range of veggie and vegan options. highly recommend the salt and pepper tofu which was delicious!

The food was surprisingly good and great value for money. Fantastic service from the waitress Bella! She's been very kind and attentive. Definitely will come back again!

Lovely staff very polite. You have a choice of A la carte menu or the 2full belly banquet. We had the banquet wow amazing choice of soups, then starters need to pick 6 starters, then crispy duck and pancakes, choice of main courses also choice of boiled rice, noodles, fried rice the dessert of ice cream on its own, or with banana fritters or lychee. We had lager with our meal so it cost £63 for 2 meals and 2 pint of lager. The banquet was £26.50 per person.

Good value for money, large menu and the banquet meal is well worth ordering. Interesting style of serving as small flame powered heat trays are under the food to ensure it isn’t cold - added to the charm of the place. I’d recommend a visit here.
