Many thanks for Darrin's help! I don't know how I can say thanks for Darrin's help. I left my iPad on the BA transit flight to New Delhi in July. Once I realised my iPad was gone, I contacted BA immediately, but they kept asking me to pick it up in person. After a long discussion, they allowed me to arrange a courier for pick up, but I failed because of many tricky things. Luckily, I tried to search for a lost and found courier"

After realizing I had lost my wallet somewhere between Chicago and London we talked to people at American Airlines who put me in contact with Darrin. He was very prompt and professional, gave me my options and costs. Once I agreed to the best option, Darrin was very efficient and understanding. Got my wallet back on the day I was told. Wow- thank you so much Darrin! Darrin was amazing at retrieving my laptop from Istanbul, Turkey, which turned out to be a logistical nightmare. Nothing was too much trouble for him- and he made me feel at ease from the very first phone call to when my laptop was safely back in my possession.He was so kind about the entire operation! I called several companies asking for assistance and Darrin was the only one that was able to provide service to that location, for a reasonable cost. He is amazing!Thank you so much.

Exceptional service beyond what I expected.My personal phone got stuck in customs after it was picked up and shipped by Lost & Found Courier Services Ltd at Heathrow. Even though one may think that the job was done on their end Darrin (the MD) didn't rest until the phone was actuall delivered to me. This took 23 emails, a claim with customs and dedicated follow up. If any service deserves a 6* rating, then this one :)
