The solicitor I have worked with has been knowledgeable in each of the topics I have needed help with. It has been relatively easy to arrange timely appointments. A pleasant practice with an occasional touch of humour when appropriate which helps when considering the seriousness that accompanies visits to a solicitor.

My mother had to deal with their Incredibly rude conveyancing executive" who obviously sees it as part of her limited remit to talk to treat people so badly. We've never encountered such a bad attitude in any company ever dealt with. To add insult to injury the Principal refuses to acknowledge or address her behaviour. Unbelievably hostile reactions to perfectly reasonable questions. We felt that she had become completely carried away with her sense of importance. I would never choose to deal with them again
