Last month I purchased a set of Melomania 1+ earbuds, for personal use. I noticed that one of the earbuds produced a much lower sound. I contacted Cambridge Audio and they responded immediately; shortly after they sent me a return label and, within days, I received a replacement unit.Unfortunately the replacement set showed some charging/battery issues and I had to request a second replacement unit. Moreover, while researching the problem, I noticed that the price of the earbuds had dropped almost 30% from the amount I had paid just a few weeks before. Not only did Cambridge Audio arrange for a replacement set to be sent to me, but they also honoured the price drop and immediately provided me with a refund for the amount of the reduction.The new set is working flawlessly and I am very happy with it, both in terms of sound quality, comfort and features. Having read many expert and user reviews before making my original purchase, I can confidently say that my case was atypical. Cambridge Audio's renowned quality sound is matched by an amazing customer service and support team. They really have your back to address - and satisfactorily resolve, any issue that might come up. Great customer service. I had an issue with a product, many years after I purchased the product. Cambridge Audio were happy to help me with this and resolved the issue, despite how long it was since I purchased the product. Very happy with the service. Will certainly buy from Cambridge Audio again.

Bought Melomania 1+ wireless headphones which were great until an issue arose with the right earbud. After troubleshooting without success using the steps on the very helpful Cambridge Audio website, Customer Service issued a no quibble replacement set. Hopefully there'll be no issues with the replacements. Trustworthy company, easy to deal with and (when working), excellent product.

A year and a half ago I purchased some in ear headphones called Melomania Touch from Cambridge Audio. They sounded amazing, better than anything I heard before from in ear style headphones. Unfortunately one piece stopped working recently. I checked the 2 year warranty was still valid and filled their RMA form. A couple of days later received the replacement product without even a need to send the faulty item back to them! Not only a Great British Sound but also amazing customer service!

I contacted Cambridge Audio by email about one of my ear phones having a faulty battery about 12 months and two weeks after the purchase. They responded within 15 minutes, They asked me to try a few things which I had already done. They asked me to fill in an online form, I received a new pair of earphones before 11am the next day! Quite simply the best customer service possible. Can't praise them enough.

I recently experienced a performance issue with a pair of earbuds. I contacted customer services and the level of support received was fantastic, receiving a response almost immediately and during a bank holiday weekend as well!My issue was dealt with very efficiently and I would not hesitate to buy further products and recommend Cambridge Audio products to others.

Ordered their Bluetooth Melomania+ headphones as I had the previous version and loved them. Sound is superb for a great price. I did have an issue with one earphone shutting down for no reason; Cambridge Audio replaced them with a brand new pair, free of charge. Outstanding customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service! One of my earbuds was no longer charging properly (also to bear in mind is that my pair were a couple of years old!) When I contacted Cambridge Audio about this I had a replacement pair sent out to me immediately. I cannot recommend them enough!
