Great service from Mike, called him on Saturday and he came out Monday afternoon, diagnosed our boiler issue, ordered the parts and boiler all fixed by the following day.

Needed a quick simple job done for a vulnerable neighbour - got in touch and the next morning the job was done. Efficient, professional, friendly, reasonable price.. HIGHLY recommended!

He was helpful from the initial phone call right up to leaving after fitting us a new boiler. He gave us great advice, great service and a great price. There was not tutting or shaking of head like you often get, he explained what we needed clearly and there was absolutely no hard sell to try and flog us something above what we required. Just straight forward and reliable in every way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and installed our new boiler quickly and efficiently. He brought a colleague to fit the new flue as this involved working on the roof and he was equally pleasant and helpful. They were both a pleasure to have in the house, I barely knew they were there! Mike advised us that to keep up the warranty on our new boiler you had to have it serviced every year - he wasn't fishing for this work but I won't be looking anywhere else come service time. Thanks so much Mike, pleasure doing business with you and see you again in Jan 2018!

Quick response to quote request for fencing and an excellent job completed today. Would definitely recommend.

Mike came out to service and repair our gas fire. Honest from the start and said it would probably cost more for parts than to replace the fire which was correct. Took out the old fire and capped the gas and charged a reasonable price for his time.
