A fantastic service from start to finish. My new door was fitted today and I'm delighted by it. Jordan was polite and professional and did a brilliant job.

I had 3 companies come and quote for replacing every window and door in our house. 2 of those 3 were exactly what I had expected, lots of 'window salesman tactics'. Phoning back to base for special deals and enormous discounts for signing up immediately with no time to think about it and not actually measuring anything particularly carefully.The other person was Jordan from JK Windows. He was such a pleasure to deal with from the word go. He was pleasant and polite, measured everything very accurately and emailed me an honest and reasonable quote within 24 hours.He was happy to answer the 4 million questions I fired at him over the next few days and sent through all the info I could ever need. We changed our minds multiple times and it was never a problem for him.We have now had all the windows and doors fitted. I could not believe how efficiently Jordan worked and how clean and tidy he left the rooms afterwards. I expected to be clearing up dust or touching up/redecorating window reveals but I didn't have to do a thing. My father is a professional builder/decorator and he was also amazed with the work, he is a difficult man to impress after 40 years in the trade.Long story short. No fuss/nonsense quote visit, good price, really lovely person and quality work.Thank you so much! Could not recommend enough!

Jordan at JK Windows has done a fantastic job replacing all our windows, two French doors, a sliding door and our front door. The quoting process was excellent and we were able to mock up the designs for the doors using online tools. Jordan was easily contactable throughout this process and gave excellent advice such as using acoustic glass for the front of our house which faces a busy road - these have made such a difference and the house is much quieter. The installation was smooth, we were well informed of when it would be done and it was done on time. Jordan has great attention to detail and spotted a blemish on one window and had arranged a replacement from the supplier without us even needing to ask. We would definitely recommend JK Windows to anybody, thanks Jordan!
