Fairway Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I've been using the boarding cattery facilies for years. This year they boarded my little dog as well. Not impressed. The dog came back filthy dirty & a sore foot and limping. Think ill use another kennells in future

I will NEVER leave my dog here again!!!If i could rate this place a 0 star then would!For starter the paperwork states they have the right to dispose of your pet if they arent collected!!! Who on earth would say this if you loved animals! This is a red flag!!!!!!You were rude when we dropped him off.You wouldn't give him anything that was comfort for him.Our dog was sad and depressed then you have the nerve to be unacceptably be rude to us.Now we know why you take the money upfront. You clearly have no faith in receiving this on collectionsWe were greeted by a very rude French woman (who owns the kennels) shouting at us for driving in the wrong way, even though it ISNT sign posted to be a one way system. (What does it matter anyway and while we were there someone came to collect their dogs and had driven in the same way we did but she was all smiles with them) then she threw her arms up in the air and walk off muttering something in French. This is unacceptable diabolical customer service!!To then have our Frenchie taken off us by a abrupt young girl without us saying bye, seeing the site or where he will be staying was out of order. At what point do you think any pet owner would want to do this??The man who owns the kennels (Husband to the French woman) flippently ignored our concern when we told him his wife was out of order and told us to just ignore her". No apology or acknowledgement was received!!! Basic human decency!!We were then told they won't take our dogs bed

Very satisfied. My elderly 19 year old cat was superbly looked after and cared for.

Owners really cares about animals. Boarded my 2 cats and they were well cared for in a light, clean, roomy pen. Will definitely use again

Picked John up on 8th April after a 9 day stay. Second time we have used Fairway and will be using again for 2 weeks this August. John is very spoiled at home and I am confident he is well looked after and sage whilst boarding at Fairway.

We have a young doberman called Keisha who we were very worried about being away from her whilst we went on holiday for a week. BRIAN and his amazing team, cared for the dog very well whilst we were away, and the best way to say thank you is right here on this forum so everyone else can see?! Keisha is just as happy as she was the day I left her and despite being worried about kennels v home boarding, we are reassured by the dogs behaviour and demena now she is back at home with the humans. THANKS so very much, our holiday was so much easier knowing our best friend was in safe hands at Fairway ✋️ ❤️

My boys have absolutely loved their week at Fairway! Can’t thank the staff enough for having set our minds at ease, and making our dogs feel so at home!

I left my 5 cats for a week and they were very well looked after. The kennels themselves are very clean and there is no smell at all. Will definitely use again. The owners are very friendly and welcoming
