I had the case replaced on my TAG Heuer F1 that had damaged rubber bumpers from 16 years of use. Craig did a brilliant job and it feels like a new watch. Craig kept in regular contact throughout the repair.

I had an unfortunate experience with Ernest Jones from whom I had bought a Hugo Boss watch 3 years ago which needed a new battery. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for a charge of £22.00 which I was not happy with!! I googled watch repairers in Leicester and found CM watch repairs. Was looking to get a repair and restore my 17yr old tag heuer f1 watch. After reading the website and speaking to craig on the phone I decided to send it to them. Craig was in touch throughout the process explaining what needed to be done. I have just recieved my watch back in the post and it looks like i've Just bought it new from a jewelers.
