Best vets in our area. Patient, explain treatments and super friendly and approachable

We changed to this practice last year to follow our vet. Feel a lot more comfortable here. My 2 dogs love it and absolutely adore vet Gary which in turn fills me with confidence. The girls on reception are friendly and helpful. Treatment costs are always explained fully. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Already recommended it to friends and family.

An outstanding vet. Goes out of their way to ensure you understand possible treatments and keeps you up to day if your animal has to stay there.

Marketed as an “affordable vet”, they’re anything but. Was in and out in 5 minutes, agreed to a blood test for our cat, left £236 poorer! Wasn’t advised how much the treatment would cost, but figured £80-£100. Couldn’t believe how much the bill was without any explanation or prior warning to how much it would cost. Not only that, the vet and ourselves included (after a simple diagnosis) are fairly certain we know the the issue is. Felt like a very easy way to amp up that days earnings. Very disappointed.

We have a reactive dog so a visit to the vets can be incredibly challenging. At Crown house, the vet was very understanding, meeting us at the back door so we didn’t have to negotiate a busy waiting room. We managed the appointment without any reaction which was very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed with the service. We came a few minutes late (6minutes late to be precise), only to be told that the doctor has already left the practice! We've tried to ring to let them know that we are stuck in a traffic but the line was inactive and we were unable to speak to anyone. The next offered appointment is in 4 weeks. What a waste of time!It's also worth to mention that there was a delay every time we attended! If patients have to wait every time, why doesn't it work both ways? Is staff's time more valuable than ours? Is 6minutes long enough to ignore your customers and just leave, especially that we've madeevery effort to contact you with no success?

Excellent vets. Reception staff and all the vets are really interested and concerned about my pets health and wellbeing. I have been going here for years and had three dogs and two cats in this time and really couldn't have asked for a better service.
