i booked these last year few months later i called to change the dates of the booking was told at time i couldnt do it over the phone and it had to be in person. well with 4 kids and having health issues not very easy to do that the fact she only works 9:30 to 2:30 for school hours dont help either. the person who sorts the bookings out is a very rude person and seems to change her mind and make lies up she is no good with sorting things out i called and spoke to boss who said it would be sorted over phone. called back for her to now say it can be sorted by sending them an email however shes now saying that i cant have it for 3 hours as its gone up i was told it would be £245 for 3 hours now she wants to charge me £245 for 2 hours. then went on to tell me shes ripping up my booking form and thats it just very rude i would never recommend anyone to use this company and i wont go back to them again. i am in wedding planning and this is only company that i have ever had issues with. i will stick to the other company's from now on.
