Kevin Minney is a great guitar tutor.After trying several teachers I approached Kev with my frustrations because i still didnt feel as if I was learning at an efficient pace. Kev really catered his teaching method to my understanding. He has a wealth of experience, knowledge enthusiasm and passion for his instrument which is infectious. Honestly, take his trial lesson and se this for yourself!

Kev is lovely! A really kind and patient teacher with incredible guitar skills and knowledge. His home is a very relaxed and comfortable space to practice in. I felt he listened to what I wanted to achieve in my lessons and was very encouraging. Highly recommend :)

Kev is both a very talented guitarist and an inspirational teacher. I was previously self-taught and wanted to know the best way to progress in my preferred style. He very quickly picked up where I was and tailored his teaching specifically to my needs and aims. He is very encouraging and patient and helps me progress very quickly by working on both healthy and fun playing and practicing habits. It's great being tutored by someone who clearly loves teaching and is very passionate about music. Fantastic teacher.

Started lessons with Kev just under two years ago. I generally have a lesson weekly. I started playing 30 years previous, but had not played for 10 years before lessons with Kev. Kev quickly recognised what I needed, totally reengaged my passion for playing. Took me through grades all the way to Grade 8. Have thoroughly enjoyed the lessons. Recommend Kev as a tutor with no hesitation.
