Chun is an awesome PT, coming up with customised training plans based around your goals, health and current situation. There's not been a time I haven't left the gym sweating and tired, having been pushed to perform and give it my best - but never felt like I've been asked for too much. Great cleaning protocol in place with stuff disinfected properly and the location kept clean and tidy.
