My wife wished to update her cherished Accord that Honda no longer provided so we looked into alternatives and met Daria at Lexus Cambridge one Friday afternoon. She was extremely friendly and attentive and in no way pushy. She introduced us to the UX250h which we liked and gave us her card in case we wished a test drive at some stage. Much later we made arrangements and after a test drive gave it serious thought. Daria again was ever so helpful and we made the decision to buy. Thank you so much for making the purchase very pleasant and easy. I was spared all the usual stories and received courteous and professional treatment. The service provided by Chris/Omar (and Charlie initially) was exceptional throughout (Omar secured the last ES for the remaining 2023's so fast), the approach was attentive and caring for my needs which they understood and we had an immediate good customer-dealer relationship, nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed working with them in particular Chris to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion Last but not least, the price of the cars was fair.

I’ve just bought a new Lexus Es300 from the Cambridge dealer, and I was served my Mohammed who was excellent on every way ! He made a real effort to understand my needs and left me to make my own decisions! This is the second car I’ve purchased from this distributor and every time they have exceeded my expectations!

What a family friendly showroom! We pulled into the car park with our car-mad 3 year old grandson to see the transporter that was loaded up on the road. Not only were we allowed to park but we were invited into the showroom for our grandson to try out the cars! He was very impressed and couldn’t wait to tell mum and dad about ‘his new Lexus’, and how when you engage the driver seat belt the steering wheel moves up and the seat goes forward. Grandad was pretty impressed too! Thank you John, Site Coordinator, for your kindness to a little boy and his grandparents.

Andy from the service team went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out when I showed up right when they were closing with a puncture. He spent half an hour helping me get back on my way, when he under no obligation to help, and made it clear my kids' safety was his biggest priority. It speaks so well of the dealership that their employees take the time to help others and I am extremely grateful.

Used this business in July 2022 and can not fault them in any way. They weren’t even selling me a Lexus I bought a Mercedes that had been part exchanged to them. They cared more about me as a customer with a car that isn’t even theirs than Mercedes do when I’ve been to them, and it’s not even close. There was a slight issue with the car a week or so after I got it and they took it in and fixed it straight away no questions asked. Staff were all so friendly and it was just a brilliant experience which isn’t something that I thought would ever be the case at a car dealership. Makes me want to buy a Lexus as my next car just so I can use this dealership again.
