Booked to hire a van here. Nowhere on the website or email (or smallprint) does it say how much a deposit is. The van we were given had broken air con, it blew out hot air even with everything off and vents closed. Was very uncomfortable. There was a warning light on the entire time telling us there was too much oil (which can cause issues) I feel the van wasn't roadworthy at that time. Staff were good though.

I hired a van to help a friend move some belongings after being let down by a removal company. Ordered Tuesday afternoon for collection Wednesday morning. Really straight forward and easy. I thought it would be more hassle at such short notice! The price was very reasonable, the van in very good clean condition. I forgot my phone charger and one of the lads let me borrow his to take with me! Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Breakdown company hired a car for us from Enterprise, we broke down on holiday in Wales and dropped it off in Scarborough. We had a 7 seater which was clean and drove well. Staff were helpful and polite.

Dropped of nunerous cars and had numerous cars dropped off at my home. Great communucation, friendly staff, helpful. They also assisted with an issue were the company who books my travel booked the hire car at my house instead of Newcastle. The team answered my calls and liaised with the Newcastle branch and amended the hire car booking. Affer 2 weeks away at work I didnt want the hassle and they gladly assisted.

Hired a van for several days. Van was perfect to drive. Far better than I was used to. Person that took care of me was a perfect gentleman. I would definitely recommend this company. I would like to give a big thankyou for helping me with my move.

Had a really great experience using Enterprise Scarborough. I rented a van to help move decor items for a family party. The van was lovely, clean and described. Enterprise staff were clear and helpful explaining everything regarding the rental. I thought I’d do a little tip run for some cardboard I had at home before returning the van today, only to find the tip was closed and I didn’t have enough time to return home and drop the cardboard back home. I had arranged for my mum to pick me up and for us to take it home with us, but the staff were so kind and offered to dispose of it themselves. I cannot fault the customer service I experienced, for the staff going above and beyond what could be reasonably expected of them. I definitely recommend and will be returning in the future if I need to rent a vehicle again.

Great service picked us up at holiday site very pleasant staff . Car was good clean and did the job. After hire returned the car in good condition and they ferried us back to holiday site with no fuss very pleasant staff. I have used Enterprise several times now and had no problems with cars and staff. Will use again.
