Nigel Johnston Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy
I have been using Nigel for treatment for the last two years. Nigel has a treatment room in his own home. The set up is very professional and Nigel is extremely knowledgable when discussing and providing appropriate treatments. Health and safety is paramount during every appointment with gloves, disposable aprons and masks being used along with sanitiser. I can’t recommend Nigel enough regardless whether your aliment is sports related or otherwise.

Visited Nigel for the first time last week with a lower back injury. I was struggling to tie by show laces when i went in. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly, and worked on me for about 30min. I couldn't believe the impact it had straight away! I highly recommend his services!

Nigel is my go to therapist for all my sports therapy needs. I have utilised his services on numerous occasions to resolve issues such as sciatica, shoulder impingement syndrome, hip flexor pain, and general muscle dysfunction. Nigel is excellent at efficiently assessing and planning the required treatment. His clinical practice is the best I’ve experienced. He recently sorted several issues I had in preparation for an Ironman event. He literally saved the day.

Due to a long rugby career and the fact I am getting on a bit I have seen Nigel for various different injuries and tightness. He got me back to playing and feeling great!He is class! Very professional, personable and really knows his stuff.I recommended my wife to see him after she had been to see other physios with no improvement- now she won’t see anyone else either!Would highly recommend!

Nigel is one of those very rare therapists that gets to the solution quickly and acts immediately! After our first session I left with one problem area totally cured and a very clear plan for maintenance there after and no pressure to book further sessions which of course I ignored and booked in again and will continue to see him regularly. Simply excellent.

I've seen Nigel for neck, back, hip, and knee pain, among other things, as a result of sports related injuries. Nigel has a wealth of knowledge and quickly pinpoints the issues and gets to work. I've never had to return to Nigel with the same issue twice. I would highly recommend him.
