The Lydden Bell
We visited for the garden, wanted to sit outside with friends for a drink. It's garden area is lovely play area for children, and a covered sitting area also. Staff friendly, and the dinning area was busy all the time we were there. Apparently you need to book to eat.

We felt very comfortable at the Lydden Bell. Our room had all the amenities you could wish for; even a towel dryer was not missing! The food was excellent and we were served courteously. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Had a one night stay at The Lydden Bell lovely cabin. The pub sell lovely food very enjoyable. Had a good sleep in a cosy bed. Will be back again. That why l give it 5 stars.

Very nice accommodation at rear of pub. Great safe parking, food was excellent value and tadted great. Perfect location when working in Dover.

The Lydden Bell
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lydden Bell. It had history and character yet very contemporary comfortable rooms. It had all we needed and more. As we had to leave very early a breakfast tray was provided for our room. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fabulous, would be good if they had more vegan options as vegan food was very limited.

This is one of my favourite places for lunch. The pub is located on the outskirts of the village with ample parking. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and there is a varied menu to choose from at very reasonable prices.

Went for an evening meal. It's was excellent.The food was all very well prepared and tasty.The staff we're a well oiled machine, working very well together. Attentive when needed but not pushy.If we're ever back this way, I'm sure we'll be back.
