This shop only accepts cash and does not provide receipts. I took my phone for a screen replacement, and got a damaged phone back. The owner told that this is my problem since he “just changed the screen”. He does not fix the problem or even give a refund, and also appears to behave in an unstable way. After I gave my phone for him, he just look at it and first even refused to give it back to me.

I was getting quotes from all over town to repair my iPhone XR screen, this guy in the shop was the most expensive but assured me that he was getting an actual iPhone screen from apple instead of a generic one from China like every other shop would, that’s why they were cheaper. At first he quoted me between £150 and £160 maximum, my partner then took my phone in and he raised the price to £165. After this my friend went to collect my phone and he raised it again to £175 after originally quoting me £160 maximum. I had to call him up from work to remind him of this and of how unbelievably out of order he was being. The shop had been recommended to me by a few friends but it turns out the guy that used to work in there no longer does. I had to get my partner and my friend to take my phone in and collect it as I was working, this guy then saw an opportunity to keep raising his prices as he saw three different people about my phone. If I could give a 0 star review I would! I would highly recommend everybody to stay away from the shop.

Cracked my iPhone screen and really needed it fixing the same day. I rung this shop to enquire about prices and how long it would take, was told it would cost £45 (£10 cheaper than the other shop of this kind in Lancaster was going to charge me), and that would take one hour, but they closed at half past 5. I had rung at half past 4 as I had had to stay late at work, so didn't think I would be able to make it that day, but when I explained this the man said he would be in the shop until 6 so if I could get there ASAP he would do it for me. He was really polite and helpful, and when I got there he did it for me in 45 minutes. Phone works perfectly now, really happy with the quality, the price and the service I received, definitely recommend.

Once again, this lovely man helped solve my massive problem I had with Vodafone and gave me the free information and strength to play merry hell with them. He's always a real help and I've trusted him over the years with all manner of problems. Highly recommended.

The gentleman in this shop did a really good job at fixing my iPhone 6 screen. After pricing up other shops in Lancaster, this was the cheapest. Only took him 2 hours! Really happy with my phone and would definitely reccomend to others
