Lee arrived and although some aspects of my heat exchanger were beyond his experience, knowing who to contact with a couple of calls resolved the issue and he helped me understand what the problem was and how to resolve it. We recently appointed 4facilities to carry out a maintenance visit to our studio air conditioning system as we noticed it wasn't working as well as it once did. The engineer (Jorge) arrived on time as promised and worked efficiently to fit in with our busy bookings schedule. He deep cleaned the unit and within no time it was working and looking great! Excellent service, appointment within two weeks of approving the quote.Arranged reputable electrical contractor to attend at the same time which made things smoother.Suggested an even less visually 'intrusive' layout than what I had in mind and carried out the installation with minimum upheaval to the property, when they were done is almost like they were never here, nothing to 'make good' after completion.All in all a very pleasant experience, can recommend.

I’ve had issues with my Air Source Heat Pump for 8 years and had numerous engineers out and none of them have been able to get get it running properly but the engineer for 4facilities has got it working perfectly and running efficiently. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the job they did.
