I needed the lock/opening mechanism replacing on an old uPVC window as the window was stuck shut. Aarif looked at pictures I sent and they were here the same day. Quickly replaced just the faulty mechanism, keeping the rest of the window exactly as it was. Everything checked and tested before they left. I would use again, excellent service!

Had to contact the company last Saturday for emergency repairs. Even though it was Eid festival they turned up did the emergency repairs and ordered me new parts on Monday as manufacturers were closed over the weekend. Parts arrived on Wednesday and they came the same day and carried out work and changed the panels and locks and handles.Staff very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I was really amazed how I quick I got the response and they carried out my repair works. I would highly recommend everyone to use it in the future.Thanks for your brilliant customer service would rate 10/10.Many thanks

Aarif and his colleague replaced a variety of double glazing units, mended some window locks and mechanisms. The whole process from assessing the problems to installation was very simple. His pricing and delivery were clear and accurate. The completed job was done to a very high standard. He and his colleague are punctual, tidy and considerate. I would recommend them.

Arif was very communicative and reliable. He came to fix a broken double glazing hinge. A previous contractor had told me that I would have to get a new window (which I knew was not true).Arif turned up exactly when he said he was going to and was very polite to my tenant.I will be keeping his phone number for any future needs.
