Found a hand luggage bag that was the right size for a number of airlines (Virgin, Delta and New Zealand Air) and could fold down when empty. Chap in shop was v helpful and the price was very reasonable. Sister also bought a back pack/computer bag for work.

We bought two Eagle brand wheeled suitcases from this shop in Brighton. They did not even make three flights!. A wheel sheared off one and trim sheared off another. They are clearly not fit for purpose and I asked for a full refund to spend in the store on another make of bag. The shop refused a refund blaming baggage handlers for the breakages. If they were fit for purpose they would not have broken!. This business has the works customer service and care I have ever experienced. Do not shop here. There are plenty of alternatives from other businesses that care about their customers, who buy goods in good faith.

I called asking for a repair quote for a suitcase that was damaged during a flight. Nicky went out of her way to help me and provided be with a report within an hour. What a lovely person! Thank you so much!

I went to this shop after taking a superficial look at the reviews, thinking they'd have a good selection and service. Unfortunately, most of their luggage is from their own brand (which you'll only know if you look at the products on their website and pay attention to the text), so the selection is not that great. The accessories available are overpriced low quality items. You also can't always get a new piece of luggage, as they don't have a separate storage and most of it is directly on display (some of it is up high on shelves and has been less abused)... so a lot of it is quite worn out. Unfortunately, to top it all off, the service was not anywhere near good, even though there was nothing going on and three people were working there. They were both disinterested and not particularly well informed regarding technical aspects of suitcases (different kinds of zippers and wheels etc), only being able to point to the marketing tags on the products.A final note on their own brand: it seemed relatively good quality at first, but after realizing that the made in italy" wraparound tag is honest-to-God sown and glued onto the suitcase
