I came here yesterday for the first time after a friends recommendation. I have tried multiple nail salons over the years and this is my favourite. Staff were friendly and chatty, the prices are very reasonable. There is so much choice, not only by way of colour but patterns and nail art too. Much more than I've seen elsewhere. I'm very happy with my nails. The only downside I can think of is just how busy it was as I had a big wait but i think that is just testimant to how good this place actually is. I have found a new favourite nail salon here.

Went there for the first time yesterday and it is the best nail shop I've ever been to, wanted to get gel nails on my natural nails but thought I shouldn't as my thumb nail had snapped and wasn't the same length and when I told the lady she said she could fix it by building it up (with acrylic), there was no form or tip involved and she managed to make my thumb nail that little longer which I was totally amazed at and my friend got acrylic nails done which is the best I've ever seen aswell 100/100

Very disappointed. I have used the salon quite a few times before and the last time, I have used it has caused me massive allergy and was forced to take the nails off. I thought by booking an appointment it will guarantee myself service straight away. Unfortunately, had to cancel my previous appointment due to work and rebooked for a following day. Arrived couple minutes past my appointment and one of the employees advised that it would be 30minute wait. The employee was super unprofessional, very rude and very unfriendly when obviously she made mistake while being on the phone with me and not listening properly when we discussed the time.Not sure why it has caused me a massive allergy but I will definitely will take this further.I won’t recommend using this place ever, there are other better places in South Shields to get yourself lovely manicure.

Love my nails, not exactly a relaxing, salon kind of environment, quite factory like, but they're quick, good and have so many nail ideas to inspire you!

I asked for a specific colour 3 times, they repeated the colour back to me, then put on a totally different colour. I asked them not to put something on a specific nail but they did. They didn't cut my cuticles or put cuticle oil on. I've had similar nails done in other places and this is definitely the most painful set of nails I've had ☹️ I'm struggling to function like normal doing basic things like putting clothes on, cook etc. Because my fingers hurt. I'm not going back

I really like my nails. They have done it so good, the boss is pretty and staffs are friendly. I will be back ♥️

Been to this Salon several times and quality of the nails appears to depend on who’s doing them.Very factory like business with clients not turned away, hence not able to pre-book an appointment.Prior to moving to Shields, I had been a regular at a similar venue in Kent. Their policy was to speak English at all times . This was appreciated as customers then don’t feel they are being spoken about.I personally find this Salon extremely rude, and as I don’t like having super thick clumsy nails, wont be going back.They also appear to charge whatever they feel like.

My mam paid £43 for me to get my nails done and £30 for my sister to get gels for he gels lasted a week before they just chipped and came off and the heats on mine were different sizes on each finger and the man my sister got slapped her cos she moved her hand cos the lamp had burnt her skin so she’s obviously gunna move her Hand surly that’s not allowed
