I had the distinct pleasure of working with Stephen Torres and his team to find a new tenant for the flat I was renting in London. They are extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. Even though I had to travel in the last month of my tenancy, I could fully trust Homesforth with my apartment keys and let them conduct viewings while I was away. Leeward did our viewing and we were really impressed by him. We’d done a lot of viewings at that point, and so many agents didn’t really care. We felt like Leeroy cared about us and kept us updated along the application process - which is super rare. It’s obviously something he doesn’t have to do, but it made the process much less stressful (and finding a place to rent is very stressful at the moment). He’s a great agent!
