Adam gave a thorough inspection of our property for damp and provided knowledgeable advice regarding our next steps. Value for money was excellent and the recommendations were reasonable, i.e. not excessive in relation to the scale of the project. Would recommend to others with an older property.

Adam surveyed my house for thermal efficiency and damp. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very pleasant. He is clearly experienced with old houses and understands the danger areas. And he has all the kit: thermal imaging camera and drone to inspect the roof.I thought it was a good value morning, reassurance on some points, and spotting preventive maintenance in other areas.

An excellent, professional & friendly company that deliver exactly what they say they will.We were given a full explanation of what they would be doing while at our property.Adam was punctual & talked us through what he was doing with the different pieces of the equipment he was using to survey the house. Adam was open & honest with any queries we had during his visit.We received our full written report & photographs at a very quick return.I would recommend Adam & his team to anyone that is in need of a professional survey of their property.

I would like to recommend the services of Full Spectrum Testing. Adam contacted me on the same day that I made enquiries about their services. The appointment followed soon after. We have been having a lot of issues with an insurance claim that did not move forward. With the assistance from Adam and his reports, the loss adjusters are now using his recommendations in the re-instatement process. Adam spotted issues that 2 other contractors did not see and he found the main reason for our damp issue, which no one else could find after a year of searching. Thank you, Adam.
