Hop Pickers Rural Retreats

A gem of a place, so tranquil, the perfect place for total relaxation. Hosts were amazing and all the little extras were a real treat. Perfection!

We stayed 2 nights at the Hop Pickers Cabin & it was wonderful! The cabin had everything we needed, was comfortable, very clean & the decor & little personal touches were lovely! The hot tub was fantastic & a great location to go walking. Louise was a fantastic host, extremely helpful & kind. Would definitely return & recommend to friends! Thank you!

We stayed three nights in the hideaway shepherds hut for an important anniversary. It was the perfect, romantic getaway and ticked every box. The pool and hot tub were just lovely (given the heatwave weather)! We loved meeting Chubby the Horse and going for walks around the Dingle. Lovely hosts and a brilliant location. Photos are the front of the shepherd's hut and the games room. We hope to visit again soon.

This is the last night of our stay in the Bell Tent and what can I say!Location is stunning and the facilities are above and beyond.The tent itself is very cosy and set in its own little paddock that is secluded and private.Onsite kitchen facilities are located in a very Quant horse box trailer that provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.We will definitely be coming back for another stay next year.

Had a wonderful break at Hop Pickers Rural Retreats. We were greeted by our host who made us feel very welcome! The cabin is spacious and extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. There are plenty of instructions and recommendations. The hamper on arrival was excellent and the hot tub was a nice bonus too. We already decided that we will be back and we would like to recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Absolutely perfect for a peace and quiet getaway. Stayed in the shepherds hut which is definitely the more luxury end. The bed is super comfy, water pressure is great, hot water straight away. All the basics are spot on which make for a really easy and comfy stay. It was rainy and sunny when we stayed and I think whatever the weather it was lovely. The walk to the fox and hounds in lusley took us around 1hr 30mins and you can’t get a taxi back easily as there is one local guy who doesn’t work Sundays, but as long as you’re prepared for that, it’s not an issue. Thanks to the family for being so welcoming! We hope to see you again in the future :-)

Our family of 5 had a fabulous stay in the Barn at Hop Pickers. It was super comfortable and fitted out to a really high standard. The owners were lovely and really responsive to anything we needed during our stay. The icing on the cake was the brilliant games room which kept our 3 kids entertained and off their gadgets for hours! Beautiful setting too and loads to do in the area. Would thoroughly recommend!

Hop Pickers Barn was a delight! Such a lot to do and so clean and cosy. Lovely touches such as a welcome basket and eggs from the land, and not forgetting Hop Pickers Henry!The Barn is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the outdoor pool an hot tub and of course the amazingly quirky games room!Tennis, a lovely little walk and ponies as well as bat spotting at night. It was idyllic! Rebecca was on hand for anything we needed and so helpful and kind to our daughter.We will definitely be staying again!

I honestly could not have asked for anything more. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The hideaway hut had everything you could possibly need, it was private and just lovely. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely return. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely few days away at Hoppickers rural retreat..We stayed in the cabin which was very well equipped and comfortable, Hot tub was so relaxing lots to do swimming pool was fab we enjoyed using the pool every day..Hamper was a lovely touch too..Louise was a lovely host very welcoming and helpful.
